As soon as a new booking is made through the secure booking process, Speedbook ensures you know within the minute. The customer is presented with a unique digital receipt for them to print and bring along with them. The system ensures you know a new booking exists via SMS Text Messaging and Email.

The SMS alerts you to the booking and provides at-a-glance information for you to pop in your diary (e.g. date, room, surname). You can then log into your secure admin area to retrieve the comprehensive booking details.

The Email – containing the booking details - is automatically generated and sent to your email address. You can then log into your secure admin area to retrieve the comprehensive booking details.

This ensures you have piece of mind that when a booking is taken, the system informs you regardless of your location.
